About Ebasil Tablet 10’s
Ebasil Tablet 10’s belongs to the group of medicines called ‘Histamine H1 receptor antagonist primarily used to treat allergic reactions like seasonal allergies hay fever, allergic rhinitis, perennial allergic rhinitis (stuffy nose) and allergic conjunctivitis (eye allergies). Allergy is the response of the body to a foreign substance. The body’s immune system produces response by releasing antibodies known as immunoglobulin E (IgE) to the foreign substance. The foreign substance called as allergens can be harmless or can cause minimal to serious allergy in the body.
Ebasil Tablet 10’s works by blocking the effect of a natural substance called ‘Histamine’ responsible for the allergic reactions. Together it provides relief from allergic symptoms like a swollen and watery and itchy nose/throat, skin rashes, sneezing, and red/watery eyes.
Take Ebasil Tablet 10’s with or without food. Tablet-Do not crush, chew or break the tablet, swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Suspension-Shake the bottle well and take the prescribed dose/quantity by mouth using the measuring cup provided by the pack. You are advised to take Ebasil Tablet 10’s for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as dry mouth, headache, and drowsiness. Most of these side-effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side-effects persistently.
To treat you condition effectually continue taking Ebasil Tablet 10’s for as long as your doctor has prescribed. To avoid recurring symptoms do not stop it midway.
