WHAT IS NICODUCE 5MG?

Nicoduce 5mg contains Nicorandil which belongs to a group of medicines called ?potassium channel activators?

WHAT NICODUCE 5MG IS USED FOR?

Nicoduce 5mg is used to prevent or reduce painful signs (angina pectoris) of your heart disease and is used in adults who cannot take heart medicines called beta-blockers or calcium antagonists
Nicoduce 5mg works by increasing the blood flow through the blood vessels of the heart
Nicoduce 5mg improves the blood and oxygen supply of your heart muscle and reduces its workload

WARNING & PRECAUTION:

TALK TO DOCTOR

Talk to your doctor before taking Nicoduce 5mg , if you:

Are allergic to nicorandil or any other of its ingredients
Have severe low blood pressure (?hypotension?)
Have heart problems such as cardiogenic shock or left ventricular failure or heart failure
Have low blood volume
Have a build-up of fluid in the lungs (?pulmonary oedema?)
Suffer from red, itchy, swollen or watery eyes
Suffer from ulcers in your mouth, stomach, guts (small and large) or back passage. These may cause blood in your stools or vomit, a fistula
Have low blood potassium levels
Have kidney problems
Have a genetic condition called ?glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency?

NICORANDIL WITH ALCOHOL

If you drink alcohol while being treated with Nicoduce 5mg , your blood pressure may become even lower

PREGNANCY & BREAST FEEDING

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine

CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS

Nicoduce 5mg is not recommended for use in children

DRIVING & USING MACHINES

Nicoduce 5mg may make you feel dizzy or weak. If this happens, do not drive or use any tools or machine

INTERACTIONS:

Tell your doctor if you are taking,

Such as sildenafil, tadalafil or vardenafil for erectile dysfunction
Riociguat to treat ?pulmonary hypertension?
Medicines to treat high blood pressure
Medicines that increase blood potassium levels
Dapoxetine – a medicine used to treat premature ejaculation
Medicines for inflammation such as ibuprofen
Medicines for depression
Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid)

DIRECTIONS & FOR USE:

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
The recommended dose is 10mg, twice a day
In case you get headaches, your doctor may give you a lower dose of 5mg, twice a day for the first 2 to 7 days
Your doctor may increase your dose up to 20mg, twice a day. This will depend on your needs, response and tolerance to treatment

If you take more Nicoduce 5mg

If you take more Nicoduce 5mg than you should or a child swallows any of the tablets, talk to a doctor or go to hospital straight away

If you forget to take Nicoduce 5mg

If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose

If you stop taking Nicoduce 5mg

Do not stop taking this medicine before consulting your doctor

STORAGE:

Keep Nicoduce 5mg out of reach of children
Store in a refrigerator at 2-8°C

Order confirmation

When you place your order we will immediately email you an order confirmation. Within 24 hours you should receive a second email to confirm your order is now in processing. If we are unable to fulfill your order or there is a payment problem we will email you.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order is in processing it will likely be shipped that day. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you accompanied with a track and trace number if applicable. The email will outline typical shipping times and how to contact us if you have any questions.

We can ship to your home address or to your work if you prefer.

Registered airmail is the preferred shipping method as it is more secure and less likely to be stolen or lost. It does require a signature on delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery a notice will be left to advise of the attempted delivery and how to contact the post office to arrange a redelivery or at which post office it is be stored for collection. They will hold them there for 4 weeks before they are returned to us.

PO Boxes and APO Addresses

We can deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses as long as the delivery method. On your My Account page, simply set your Primary Shipping Address to your PO Box or APO address as required.

Customs

We are based off shore in India and your order is treated by your local Customs as imported goods. When your parcel passes through Customs there might be a delay while they process your order. We suggest that you always allow extra time and order ahead so you are not inconvenienced during this phase. The delay can be just a few days to 3 weeks in extreme cases before they contact you.

Delivery times

We promptly ship most orders within 24-48 hours of you placing it. The delivery times are entirely due to the postal or courier service. The table above shows the typical delivery times. Please be aware that if customs hold your order for pending import duties, they could hold your order for 3-21 days prior to contacting you. If your order hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery times above, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery PRIOR to contacting us to establish if your order is simply delayed with delivery; held at customs or indeed lost.
