INTRODUCTION:

2BACONIL TTS10 7MG contains Nicotine which is used to help people stop smoking. It relieves nicotine withdrawal symptoms and cravings when you stop smoking or temporarily reduce smoking in order to facilitate smoking cessation. It is a trans-dermal/skin patch developed using the principle of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) that helps you quit smoking. This patch when placed on your body gradually releases nicotine throughout the day. It gradually decreases the nicotine intake over 12 weeks (the step-down dosing approach), helping you to quit smoking.

Apply one patch a day to the area that is comfortable and suitable throughout the day. Use as instructed by your physician. It is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Tell your doctor before using this patch if you are suffering from any heart, liver or kidney disease. You must not smoke while using this patch as it can result in dangerous effects.

SIDE EFFECTS OF 2BACONIL TTS10 7MG:

COMMON

• Dizziness
• Mouth sore
• Nausea

RARE

• Skin redness (caused by the patch), swelling or rash

HOW TO MANAGE SIDE EFFECTS:

Feeling sick (nausea) or indigestion:

Stick to simple meals and do not eat rich or spicy foods.

Dizziness:

Get up and move around to feel awake, take small naps to edge off the sleepiness. Give your eyes a break to avoid fatigue and eat a healthy food to boost energy.

Mouth sore:

Avoid spicy and sour foods until the ulcers heal. Drink plenty of fluids and rinse your mouth regularly with warm, slightly salted water.

Vomiting:

Drink clear or ice-cold drinks. Eat light, bland foods and avoid fried, greasy, or sweet foods.

Order confirmation
